IMImobile, a leading global specialist provider of mobile engagement solutions to telecom operators and enterprises, today announced that it has been shortlisted for two Effective Mobile Marketing Awards. With more than 200 entries from the world’s biggest brands, the prestigious awards celebrate the very best mobile marketing campaigns and solutions.
The British Gas Appointment Reminder Service is shortlisted for the Most Effective Mobile CRM/Enterprise Messaging Campaign. The service uses IMImobile’s suite of mobile CRM technologies to help British Gas reduce the number of missed appointments whilst increasing customer service.
IMImobile is also shortlisted for the Most Effective Tablet Application for its work on the Sky News Arabia iPad app which provides Arabic-language breaking news videos and articles. The custom built tablet interface displays a unique rotating photo wall carousel, allowing users to select live-streaming news videos in a 3D environment. News stories are automatically uploaded to the app via an open API to ensure users have seamless access on the move to breaking news as it happens.
